LANFORCE Referral Program
OFFICIAL RULES

To Enter: Submit a qualified new business lead (a “Qualified Lead”) to LANFORCE between 12/1/08 and the close of business on 3/31/2009 (the “Program Period”). Submissions will be accepted via phone, in-person meetings, e-mail or Web form. Submissions must include the, the potential Qualified Lead’s company name, a contact’s full name , the contact’s e-mail address and phone number, Submissions must also include the name, e-mail address and telephone number of the referrer. For purposes of this Referral Program a Qualified Lead is defined as a decision maker at a small business (less than 20 employees) who sets up an informational meeting with a LANFORCE representative. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for errors caused by incomplete information in submissions. All submissions will become the property of Sponsor. Submitted information will not be sold or shared with any company, firm or organization outside of Sponsor.

Award Selection: Within 30 days of receiving a submission, LANFORCE will evaluate the submission to determine whether it meets the requirements of a Qualified Lead.

Prizes: For each Qualified Lead submitted, the referrer will receive a $100 Visa gift card (or similar substitute) within two weeks of determination of qualification. If two people submit the same lead, awards will be made on a first come, first serve basis. If and after LANFORCE completes a meeting with the Qualified Lead, a $150 gift card will be issued to the referrer. If the Qualified Lead becomes a client within 30 days following the meeting, a final $250 gift card will be issued to the referrer within two weeks of payment of LANFORCE’s first invoice to the client. Total potential prizes for a Qualified Lead is $500.

Eligibility: Open to employees of all current LANFORCE consulting clients and employees of companies which become clients during the Program Period. All federal, state and local laws apply. Each referrer may submit as many leads as desired. However, if multiple contacts at one company are referred, only one may count as a Qualified Lead, making the maximum bonus for each referred company $500. If the same person is referred by multiple people, only the first submission will be eligible to receive the prize.

General Rules: Sponsor reserves the right to change or terminate the Referral Program, or any portion, at any time with or without prior written notice. The Referral Program structure is subject to modification or limitation at any time in the sole discretion of Sponsor and Sponsor reserves the right to modify the current Prize amounts or to establish additional Prizes. For the most current terms and conditions of the Referral Program, contact your LANFORCE account manager. By participating in this Referral Program, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor and its agents, whose decisions regarding all aspects of the Referral Program shall be final and binding. Each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Referral Program,, or any prize receive the prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of Georgia; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Referral Program, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) each participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Referral Program and the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
